Baby Neopets are so cute! What's even better is how, through the Baby Paint Brush, you can relive all those wonderful days as a little one at anytime. 600,000 NP, when last I checked, is quite a bargain for another go at childhood.

I love the look of the Zafara. Most people see me as one who is into dinosaurs, dragons, and ducks. However, if the opportunity opened itself up, I would most gladly create a Zafara OC. Just look at those adorable, floppy ears, big, beautiful eyes, and that soft, pink nose! :)
Perhaps we can come up with a possible Zafara OC now...

Most interesting. When I played, I needed an entire year of effort to earn enough NP for the baby Paint Brush. (I wasn't very lucky with the 'dailies' and it was hard finding games to earn NP without taking a long time to play.).

It sounds like they've added new characters and places to visit since I last played. Hopefully they are still doing site-wide event stories. (When I could still see, I loved the comics they had for Battle for Meridell thru Lost Woods. My favorite was Hanna & The Ice Caves with Curse of Maraqua being the event I was most able to participate and follow.).

I wish I could been part of those stories, but I didn't join until around 2007, so it was well after them. They are still doing stories, and in fact there's one coming up called "The Void Within". Many shopkeeps, a Faerie named Kari who's doing the Negg hunts, and even King Skarl have turned grey. It hasn't started just yet, but they've been building up to it ever since the Advent Calendar last year.
That's not to say there wasn't any bad during that time. During the NFT craze, Neopets opted to do the same with Neopet NFT's. The reception for them was as you'd expect. T_T No one wanted them, and many even tried boycotting altogether. It was a bumpy ride, but they still survived somehow.

I heard that Neopets survived by going back to being operated by regular people instead of a large corporation. Is there any truth to this? (I'm just glad it has held on for so long. I remember, while also regretting, spending more time with my Yoshi virtual pet on the Yoshi's Story web-site even when someone suggested I try Neopets. I so wish I had gotten into it back in 1999 instead of 2003.).

(The Blumaroo came when I knew I couldn't play NP anymore due to my fading eyesight. I was trying to save up enough Neopoints to buy my sister a Draik Egg. However, she quit playing about a year before I could no longer play. I had close to three million Neopoints and just blew all of them on collectable items and making a Blumaroo Princess. I would have gotten a Baby Zafara, but I felt silly have three Zafaras after I already had the two that I had adopted.).

Three Usuls, red and yellow, one Zafara, baby, and one Uni, Royal. Also, yes, the site was indeed it's own company now, instead of being owned by other companies that didn't know what to do with it. The last company that had it was Jumpstart, and they were the ones that tried the whole NFT idea.
Kazootles! It's taken them a long, long time to make quality clothes for the Baby Neopets. (They had just transitioned to the more customizable Neopets when my eyesight began to dwindle down into nothingness.).

D'aww! I am so glad they still have their nappy. Between their natural coloring, big ears, and that cute nappy, it is hard to resist the charm of a Baby Zafara.

Do you have any other colors you like in Neopets? I found the Baby Pteri to be funny in how it is just an egg. I also loved how the Royal Paint Brush touched up the girl Zafara along with boy Scorchio.

I never really thought too much about it. Honestly, I've been more about writing stories than fixating too much on the colours. That being said, I do have some personal faves. Obviously, baby Zafara, but there's also baby Xweetok, baby Uni, baby Bori, baby Peophin, baby Shoyru, etc. In fact, the some of those are characters I plan for the Titan Toddlers comic series I'm hoping to work on. Though, I may need help in drawing the actual comic.
I had almost forgotten the Peophin. That was a cute Neopet when it got painted Baby. The Baby Shoyru is also a fave of mine as its face really gives you a "D'aww!" while its sleeper / footie pajamas are too cute!

Oh, no, not for any contest. It's a comic/manga series I've been developing for a couple of years now. I am planning on putting it on here, but I'm still working out the kinks with it, namely, again, finding someone that can do comic/manga series storytelling consistently.
Awwww, those two are some of the cutest creatures I have even seen. Congratulations to the amazing artist responsible of this wonderful piece of art.
I have to say that how delicate and small are their legs is really adorable, how big are Bohdi's ears and other details, but most especially how amazing are their eyes, they're simply so amazingly cute.

It makes me very happy that you like Bohdi. Even adult Zafaras have pretty big eyes, but the Baby Zafara's is just so adorable and bright. It is like you can see the pure innocence and joy of being a little one just by looking into a Baby Zafara's eyes.
