Honestly, the idea of doctors in worlds that are prone to TF shenanigans that specialize in dealing with said shenanigans is a fun concept. Like, I could see some that specialize in reversion it, others that are more like physical therapists for those who are either stuck in a form (permanent or just long term)/chose to stay in their new form, basically helping the get use to their new form.
