this is the easiest way of doing it. First open up another browser and goto your settings, then click on the button that says "Userpage Layout" click on that, next go back to the browser with your picture, right click on it and press "veiw image" then copy the url,.... then go back to your 2nd browser and paste the code into the box with "Header Image" then you are done ^__^ I hope I made any sence...good luck!
