The Empire of Cetus is a developing empire in souther centaura. In 1886, Cetus invaded Corvus and annexed Southern Corvus, a region well know for minning and farming. This helped the Cetan economy to boom. With an abundance of resources, the begun ship building, creating the world largest navy. (This would be a mistake) This caused most conscrips to join the navy, rather than the army. This meant the army was very undermanned, but well equipped. In 1908, Corvus invaded from the north, starting the Southern Corvus War

1908

With Corvus sudden invasion, nearby cetan troops rush to stop their advance, but were pushed back and began to lose ground due to lack of troops in the área.

1909

By 1909, with enough troops gathered, cetus went on the offensive. Despite Cetus complete control of the Sea, they faced opposition of Corvus large coastal batteries. The offensive aim was to neutralize these batteries for the navy to move in. Cetus plan worked out and begun to push along the coastline of Corvus

1910

By 1910, Cetus begun to lose ground, despite their army having over abundance of suplies, their menpower shortages made it hard to defend from Corvus. Seeing no other option, Cetus digs in, using trenches and bunkers to stop the corvuns. By mid 1910, the war reached into a painful standstill. Between mid 1910-1911, both sides suffered huge loses.

1911

Desperate to end the stalemate, Corvus deployed Chlorine gas attacks agasint cetus, this caused them to lose large ammmounts of land and troops (which they could not afford) After a while, Cetus started making counter meassures, causing the war to reach a stalemate once again

1912

In February of 1912, Cetus was invaded by the south by Corvus ally, Anteres Imperium. This forced Cetus to send troops and suplies southward, dividing their defenses by half on both sides. The cetans began to lose hope as they faced 2 enemy nations with limited suplies

By mid 1912, Cetus was defeated, and fell under occupation. (Execpt for the western islands) The cetan navy, trying to preserve their forces, remained stationed on the western islands,this caused mutanies and disatisfaction among units, especially among the Exercitus Maris (cetan marines) When the order was given to abandon the western islands amd flee north, the Exercitus Maris decided to reclaim part of their homeland, rather than fleeing. Agasint the odds, they won and took control of a small isla and it defenses from the local anterian garrison. Soon, enemy reionforcements arrived and defeated them.

There are around 8 major cities, most of which located near the coastline and central regions of the country.
