It could be Chilean... without a doubt... It is quick to learn possibly for those who do not speak Spanish, but for us (Paraguayans) the Chilean Spanish dialect is very different, but understandable... We have mixtures. with guarani. and the Spanish we speak is similar to the Spanish of Andalusia and the Canary Islands.
If you need help with Spanish, let me know... and in case I forget and write to you in Spanish, let me know and I will translate it for you!!!...
The squirrel looks quite challenging!!! ha ha ha

Yes this is a very clear example of what ive mentioned before. That artist is from Chile and has drawn so many nice furry prison arts for me, using the North American prison uniforms. So I figured as a little tribute, she could draw a prison drawing that was based on her South American country's prison, being authentic with no uniforms
(well maybe not TOO authentic, or it could get very depressing and violent)
The guard is a puma and the gato wearing the scoccer shirt is a chilean wild cat, so some native animals were used.
I just told her some animal species and she designed them just from that alone.
As I wanted furries from Chile in a Chile prison, any character she created, they would automatticaly become Chile jailbirds.
They look very nice, I especially like the bunny, squirrel and wolf. Maybe I will use them in the future as propper OCs
(and send them over to North American prison hehe)
The only postive of the South American prisons, is they can wear their own clothes, and they look very nice and colorfull here in their outfits, compared to North America, where everyone must wear the same clothes

I've loved water since I was a child!!.
My drawings take place in two indigenous countries: Paracuaria (which is Paraguay) and Southern Lands and Patagones (Patagonian region of Argentina, an unrecognized kingdom, but which existed in 1865 or so)
And you contribute to others by commissioning drawings!! ... You're a patron!! Hopefully one day you'll commission me to draw, when I'm ready for that!!

I'm sorry to tell you that I don't know anything about PayPal. I must see how it works, because it surely requires a debit or credit card to link it to. But, as long as I'm letting me practice with your characters, you don't need to pay for that at the moment. I don't want to empty your wallet lol... Allow me that at least, and I'll draw for free for you, while I get to know your characters. You know, It's only been a short time since I've seen your characters.. I just want you to send me your ideas in DA by note... That at first, they won't be difficult for me.
What do you think??

When I start drawing the sketch I will send it as follows:
First: the pencil sketch of the characters, maybe it already includes some background (I usually focus a lot on the characters and then the background)
Second: the finished pencil sketch. At that point you can suggest ideas and changes before inking.
Third: the inking. There are no longer shape changes there, but there are color suggestions (color that doesn't involve ink or adding shapes with ink).
Fourth and last: the finished drawing.
I do this only in my DA profile. Only finished drawings will go in FA. But if you wish, I can pass this process on to you privately, without having to publish them.
In DA, the process of my drawings is as follows: in the "Sketches and Practices" gallery there are the sketches and inkings. and in the gallery of "finished drawings" its name already says it... My process is slow, because I don't dedicate myself exclusively to this, it's just a hobby... Regarding digital drawing, I started it recently... I'm not that good even at drawing on the computer.
