Hehehehe... well, thanks for uploading! ^__^
Guys, this was not very easy task. I mean... it is REALLY hard to draw a dragon face from the front (always looks like a horse then) and most of all... his eyes.
The eyes are slightly at the side of the head... to make him stare at the watcher directly, he is looking kinda weird.
But it works, I guess! ^^
Hehhe... I think, he JUST came out of his SHOWER!! Look at the hair.....

It's an impressive image, and I can't say I read anger, although the color tone and maybe a bit of eye narrowing might be there. It's hard to read a face for a species you don't interact with very often. I definitely read some projection of strength and masculinity, it's keenly displayed, as is common with many of Reptile's characters. (Definitely makes me jealous! Would love his rendering of my Iksar…) I guess the telltales that would clearly say anger/threat to me are a wrinkled snout and snarl, the lip curled to reveal a fang or a few sharp teeth. Since the snout is smooth and no nostrils flaring, smoking or flaming, I haven't any cultural and social cues to go on other than the body language of the eyes and wings, which since I don't own a pair, that's totally unreadable to me… Similarly, ears of that shape I can't read too well either, as mammals with pointed ears flatten them when angry, too…
Iksars and dragons should have more culture in common, but we don't!

When you smile at a monkey or wolf, showing your teeth is a threat. I think your teeth (like mine) are very pointy and sharp. Unless you smile without showing your fangs, then I guess a smile would be a friendly face.
But certainly there are more faces than anger and amusement? There's patience, impatience, boredom, disgust, regret, sorrow, thought… a large catalog of expression that moves the ridges of my brow, the corners of my eyes, the shape of my mouth, the way scales bunch up on my nose, a great many facial details change for me. It's not that you do not appear strong and imposing, it's that I can't see the anger because I can't read it, like humans have this problem, some of them do, called Asperger's Syndrome, they need a diagram to check what mood another human is feeling, for they don't understand the connection between feelings and faces. They lack the ability to express feelings on their face (for they lack many feelings, at least social expression of them).
I am probably too cold blooded to understand and read your face for I too have a bit of inability to express socially. I have passion and my words can convey them, but reading faces and understanding emotions behind them may be my fault. I could well be a little bit like Asperger's when trying to read the face of a dragon like yourself. So no disrespect meant, or challenge for that matter.
Reptile I definitely admire how well he works, and he did well with you. I have my cultural cues I mentioned, but they are not what your species does. I accept and apologize.
May Cazic-Thule follow your path and spread fear where you tread.

I had 86 years on Norrath (I'm not middle-aged yet; Iksars often live past 200). It has desolation and harsh, brutal places to be sure… some worse than others. Some you can't let your guard down for 5 minutes. Some you can't be without a full platoon of warriors whose talents are well chosen for the site you're going to bivouac at. Some, not many, places are amazingly opulent and refreshing. Oases of beauty and delight, and a definite drain on your wealth.
It's behind me now, save for when I choose to visit, usually just in a private set of caves and exotic springs I forged in a passageway between two domains. So I do live quite well thank you. It's almost surprising I've not fattened up as big as my chubby Iksar pal
Irak. I guess 86 years of hard adventuring and countless resurrected deaths have re-forged a body into this muscled form permanently!
