Qweyusosat's advices: teach them how to draw
If you know how to draw and your friends want to learn too this is a good opportunity to be your teacher. Show them the basics for example how to draw a human character or whatever character they want to draw. Drawing is not hard. The only it needs is practice and a some patience. Even colouring your arts in a case some of them use computers or tablets that is better for them.
