o.k i did this yesterday while riding my friends dirt bike and it hurts like a bitch. i also did the same thing to both hands and one of my knees and yes it hurts to type right now. i don't think i will be able to do any art for a few days or until it heals a little more so there you go

your right i was lucky but is still hurts pretty bad and it is still bleeding a little

The last time I did something like that (not nearly as bad) I put ice in a plastic bag and covered the scrape as much as I could. It reduced the pain a lot and what pain there was didn't last very long. I don't know if it'll help you but you might want to try it if the pain won't subside.
