Poor... poor Bacon... I am utterly... destroyed emotionally. 4:15 PM MDT, April 27th, Bacon has... been put down. A case of either congested heart failure, cancer, or both. Plus asthma on top of that, fluids building on his lungs and in his abdomen, and another sickness as well. He... may he rest in piece, he is loved forever. I was lucky enough... lucky enough to finish this art mere moments before he was... gone. I showed him it, showed him all the art me and my sister did, and shall truly... miss that kitty, so much. I know it lacks quality, but not only was it very difficult to draw while extremely brokenhearted... but I also tried to see how I would fair without even doing a rough copy at all. Bacon gave me the courage to try and see how that would go, even now he still gives me hope... We do love you Bacon.

Bacon, our kitty, drawn (with many struggles) by me, shall forever be marked in our hearts and minds. We were lucky he was so strong to at least stay with us for our farewells. His physical body is gone... but his spirit lies always around us now, so he is never leaving us.
