Name: James McCready
Position: Bookstore Owner
Personality: Friendly, helpful, eager to please and uncomfortable rocking the boat. He loves his sister Kat McCready, though the two are near polar opposites in terms of temperament, James being cool, calm and long suffering to Kat's brash, fiery and quick to anger personality.
Sexuality: Gay, has a very slight attraction towards women, but overwhelmingly prefers men.
Gender: Male (hasn't ever given it much thought, but is pretty comfortable in his own skin)
Personal Notes: James is, by all accounts, an unimpressive and unremarkable man. He is polite, quiet, helpful and always happy to remain out of the spotlight. Despite this, like his sister, a core of iron resides in James McCready and when the need arises, he is the first to rush into danger to help others in need, regardless of the risk to his own safety.
Though the pair had a falling out for over a decade after Kat ran away from home, James and his sister love one another deeply and quickly made up for lost time after being reunited.
While he doesn't fully understand her job or what the deal is with Gryphon Enterprises or weather transformations are meant to be... horny or horrifying? He tries his best to understand and just let people enjoy what they enjoy.
He and Nezzulia Namtar have begun casually dating, but neither is entirely sure how serious the relationship is.

Fun fact about him, his sister Kat has been one of my main OCs and most important 'personal egg cracking' characters I've ever come up with/played, but she only came about in the first place because I played James here in a form RP... and he died almost immediately because the other players where fucking around with a shotgun. So I have his badass biker chick sister show up as my new PC to find her long estranged brother and finally have a big tearful reunion... only to find he was dead and these knuckle heads had killed him while fighting over who would get to use the shotgun.
So canonically, his role for a very long time was just, "Kat's really nice, helpful and unlucky brother who died in a stupid, highly preventable tragedy" until recently I decided to bring him back as a proper character in my own going stories and let him actually... live for more then 30 minutes. Heh
(And now he's dating a very prickly god and CEO engaged in an on going battle with a rival mega TF corp... so you know, he's probably going to be fine.)

Thank you very much! Ya Whisky does allot of art for me, most of the art on my page (including my thumbnails) are all done by him and he always ALWAYS does just the best work!
And heh thank you as well on the backstory, its pretty funny considering that he's mostly been defined by the way I characterized his sister since he was only alive for a very small amount of time in his original (human) incarnation, but I always wanted to do more with him and I'm really glad I finally did since the art came out just... fantastic! And clearly I'm not alone in loving this lad!
