Original description: LAPFOX TRAX HALLEY LABS INFLATION IS BACK YO! I've actually got a couple of LapFox requests to do from waaaay back that got delayed due to request spam from Sonic cultists. But I'll get things done!
Rotteen, in her Palette C outfit, decided to try and make herself look even bigger and more intimidating than Hard Man and has come to boast to him about that. Of course, she got all that advice on how to be bigger and tougher from Peex, but she's just refusing to accept the reality that deep down she's just a big softie!
Hey! It's my first time drawing Rotteen in her obscure yet edgy Palette C outfit. Going into this I wanted to show a bit of how I envisioned Rotteen's personality at times, where she can act tough, but falls apart very quickly. Or in this case due to being inflated by Peex, could pop very quickly. I was actually bedazzled by how pretty Rotteen looks here, especially with how round and shiny her yellow clothing is here as well as the funny icon on her barely holding on belt. I did have trouble with making Hard Man's stage in my style, but I pulled through and tried my best as always. Hard Man himself looks very nice and friendly looking as all of the Megaman fellows do in my style.
And yet, I actually followed this one image up with another one, a long due request, in fact, where Rotteen and another cat get ballooned by Peex. Keep your eyes peeled for that when it arrives!
