Original description: She really is not as new as she seems. Caitlin Cobalt has been around since mid 2017!
Here is basically a fact sheet on the origins of Caitlin Cobalt and what inspired her. She's one of my OCs who's been around for a little longer compared to someone like Daichi or Ordna, so bringing her back in 2022 with that redesign was a really good call on my part. The Jet Set Radio Future menu aesthetic also makes this look even cooler! I definitely think it should be worth doing a similar sheet to one of my older characters like Puff Plum (who was starting to come together in mid 2014) or even the venerable Jazz!
And who is Jazz? How long has he existed? That's a story for another day, my friends. But it's one you'll not regret hearing.
