After a few years of thinking, I finally updated the chart. It is now expanded with more size examples and potentially better readability.
Now then, let's address what is in the chart. There are categories from Small, Medium, to Large and are as follows:
-At size 1 to 20, you won't be charged at all. This will be the standard "small" tier.
-At size 21 to 30 you will be charged 2-4 dollars depending on the quality of the artwork. This will be the "medium" tier.
-At size 31 to 50* you will be charged 4-8 depending on the quality of the artwork. This will be the "large" tier.
*As stated in the chart, if you want larger sizes than this you must provide a ref. I can still deny sizes that are way beyond my scope.

Even though "funny" isn't the right word, it is in a way to see how things have changed over the years. I remember when size 30 was about the limit you felt comfortable with years ago, and now it's a SIGNIFICANT upscale! ... Maybe, just maybe I ought to take advantage of that sometime :P
