Amidst the grimy tenements and ash-streaked streets, a den of vice lights up the night - the Cotton Tail, one of Lupa's finest speakeasies, where artist and scholar, wolf and little beast, mingle and drink in relentless whimsy far removed from the harsh realities of the Republic Lupi's great, never-sleeping capital.
