Original description: Saw someone else make one of their own and decided to finally get up and do mine. There's even a little section for any 3d projects I might do sometime soon!


I pretty much forgot about this one image I'm not gonna lie. Basically, another one of my friends on DA did an influence map just like this so I just had to get up and do my own. Some of these inspirations, such as Jet Set Radio Future, LapFox Trax and Megaman are kinda obvious, especially with how Ordna Awakens has Megaman stuff in it. Some other stuff isn't as obvious, but I chose it anyway since it still either fit in with my early Y2K styled art or because I really want to start doing some CGI 3d stuff sometime soon, especially if it's AndyWilson92 styled like you can see with some of the bottom images. I still think that this image very much holds up to this day due to the fact that I haven't changed my art direction one bit even after all this time, though it has improved very much.

I would've honestly love to include Bomb Rush Cyberfunk here, but at the time the game didn't have much footage and I didn't know what it would even be like at the time, and even then, the game has a more... Creepingly modern style and feel to it that always irks me. You might've noticed Robotboy as well, but I gotta say that it was an amazing little TV show from when I was a kid and it sure brought me loads of joy. So it deserves to be on my influence map for sure!
