Considering he's a Kobold, casting Enlarge on him or giving him an amulet with a similar effect should be able to put him on equal grounds with the rest. (Let's just hope that said spell doesn't make his waistline expand even further, or hope it does. ;) )

We’ll enlarge spell does just say it “enlarges” so I imagine if the body Vis gaining a foot or two the belly is gaining an extra 50-100 pounds minimum. Unless of course it ends up being one of those cursed ones that just enlarges one specific area of the body ;3
