Yep, not just Puffer the Penguin, but also Poppy the Penguin! She's somewhat of the opposite of Puffer the Penguin, but instead of inflation-related things, she's more about popping and other cartoony stuff. The grey spike things on her hair are also sharp, meaning she can pop things with them too. This is also somewhat inspired by the SuperGal redesign I made for DZTVE, mainly because of how similar the patterned skirt is (and also the hair somewhat).
