Sorry so much has happened.
Regarding your surgery I had that on March 21st for similar reasons. They did it laparoscopically. Recovery for me has been pretty good. I hope you recover fast! It's been rather nice. Also seems the endo was causing me lots of sciatic pain. I haven't had any since the surgery. That was a nice added bonus.
Take your time and rest so you can heal. Not that I need to tell anyone that. :)
