Original description: Nicole was requested by Tron66600 and the other character is Reathe123's Lopunny OC.
Yet another double request feature! I did this to get two things done at once, which was pretty much vital for me to stay ahead of all the request at the time. I originally uploaded this very rushed, but since I had a bit of time on my hands, I finished it properly on the 15th August 2022. I think it's sweet now, especially with both balloon ladies being floated like parade balloons like that.
