Piano Solo: Blockbusters Theme (1980-82)
This was my attempt at doing a piano solo rendition of the theme to the original era of Blockbusters, a game show that seeked to answer the question asking, "Are two heads really better than one?" As mentioned before, this was one of just two short runs in the US; yet when the show came to the UK, it was a phenomenon.
I didn't bother to try to emulate the fancy solos for sax and guitar; I just did the basic crux of the piece that the horn section is playing.
