Pretty nice to be honest. And yes female dear can grow antlers. Reindeer are an example where females gain pretty pronounced antlers. Though their seasons are different where males grow antlers in spring and shed them in autumn females keep their antlers through autumn and winter. Which is why Rudolf in the movie was probably female. XD
