She remained emotionless during her walk back to the apartment, her ears still ringing from the gunshot. She remained composed until she unraveled her bandages and stepped into the shower. Turning the valve on, intense pain jolted through her body from the warm water against the wounds, she quickly turned the temperature all the way down.



The agony broke her best effort to remain strong, tears began overflowing as she began dry heaving holding tightly against the walls. Reality slowly kicked in for her, she murdered someone like it was nothing and yet.... It felt familiar. She began fearing who she was before her conscience return, was she a horrible killer like that Yan person was!?





Unable to process all these questions she collapsed on her knees, sobbing in a defeated stance. Her pain slowly washed away by the cold water, she teared up for a few minute before quickly standing up hearing someone knock on the door. '' izza all good in there Neeva?'' asked Kel '' y...yeah im fine, just finished up!'' replied Neeva turning the water off.




At first the desire to remember her past felt enticing but after tonight, was it really a good idea?
