Been a while, but I think you can count this as a good Spring recipe!
This comes from - https://heygrillhey.com/honey-bbq-sauce-recipe/
Ingredients
1 cup ketchup
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients for Honey BBQ Sauce in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Bring sauce to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
Make sure you stir from time to time, to keep it from sticking / burning.
Remove sauce from heat and allow to cool.
Store in an airtight glass container for up to 2 weeks.
....Yeah, no, this was something that screamed "EAT ME NOW" so there :p
Have your grill on high at 400F and since these are the good thick ribs - they need 15 - 20 minutes to cook, and 2-3 minutes to rest covered under a loose tent of tin foil.
Enjoy with a potato egg salad, or Thai take out (not pictured) or etc!
