In this commission by 
wolfox90210, my Super Mario OC Kaylie Koopa has switched to the good guys side and Yoshi is giving her a ride (perhaps over spikes or something she can't cross herself). However, with Kaylie being a massive, muscular Hammer Sister, this proves to be a bit of a struggle.
I added in a look at Yoshi's face from a previous draft of the pic and made Yoshi's tail a bit longer.
