This is an odd little AU where through some rather unlikely circumstance, Jedi Master Aayla Secura found out about Anakin’s relationship with Padme, and his concerns over her pregnancy. Being no stranger to romantic affairs, she offers her assistance to Anakin and promises to keep the whole thing a secret. One day soon after, Aayla and Padme met and took a little trip to Polis Masa where Padme‘s still hardly developed twins were transferred into Master Secura’s body. From there, baby Luke and Leia grew. As this growing took place, the Clone Wars ended around them, and with Anakin’s mind unclouded, he and Mace Windu were able to thwart Palpetine’s grand plan.

By the time Aayla was due, Mace and Master Yoda did question as to why she had suddenly become pregnan. She simply answered that she offered herself as a surrogate for Senator Amidala’s children over medical concerns regarding her pregnancy. Yoda was satisfied by the answer, and Mace (and frankly the rest of the galaxy) was impressed by the Jedi’s ability to perform so well in battle in her heavyset condition during the battle of Felucia. All she could really say to that was that the force guided her the entire way.
