I pose a question to you guys.
Do you have an art rival or two?

I dunno how to explain it, but I feel like an art rival is that person who you want to get better than. When you see how much they've progressed or when you see they've mastered some new technique, you just want to do your best to keep up with them.
Not necessarily an inspiration, a hero, or a role model, but something more than that.
It doesn't mean that you hate them. In fact, you can be the best of buddies and still be art rivals. Or you can have never even spoken a word to them and yet, you still feel like they're one-upping you in everything and you want to beat them.

Maybe I'm trying to hard to explain it. x3;

I dunno, I have this unnatural tendency to always see people as rivals and I want to beat them and well... Art is no exception. There's a nice amount of people who... I have this rivalry feeling towards. And I want to beat them... Some how... I dunno how you do that art wise, but...
Is that... Bad? x3;
