Once the shoes are off, then even the Ultimate Lifeform doesn't really have much chance since his feet are likely just as ticklish if not more so than Sonic's. Given how stubborn he is though, I don't really see Shadow giving up, so he'll probably get himself literally tickled into submission by Silver.
