Personality: She is quite a happy and easygoing girl. She loves to meet new people and visit new places. She knows her face, as most Latios, is quite angry looking, or "resting bitch" looking, so she is quite worried about the perception others have of her due to her face. Most people will get over it the moment they talk with her.

Story: In the same way as her sister, Elma the Latias (character by  Monfs), she is a roaming Pokemon. In comparison with her sister, she didn't want to have a place to roost, so she traveled for a long time. When she heard her sister had found a place to rest, she was very happy for her, and decided to visit her. After finding she was doing pretty well, considering she was now twice as heavy as the last time she saw her, she decided to stay in the city, and what better place with one of the rival teams? She joined my team as an organizer to the team, also helping a bit with public relations.

Quirks:
- She is super sensitive about how angry her face looks. She might even get sad when people think she is angry, but some comforting and a hug will calm her down
- She dresses in pastel goth clothes. She finds them cute and really matching her blue color.
- She names herself the "bigger sister" with Elma, not because she is taller, but because she was born 3 seconds before her.
- She adores her little sister. Anytime she sees her, she will jump towards her and give her a giant hug. Elma loves her sister as well, always receiving the hug with open arms
- She can sense the negative emotions of others, so she will try to make them feel better if possible
