The head, or really just a mask. The heart of a cartoony cosplay of something like Boswer and saddly cut till the last minute cause of complactaions of 1 what the hell to make it out of and 2 how to make it look right. I wanted to sculpt foam and paint it but I could not find the materials or even knew what I needed them to be called to look them up on line. So in the end I went with pillow foam and to be cloth covered. Then I couldnt find the crap on ebay or anywhere that make a 1foor by 1 foot block or anything and what I did find was too small and really pricy! Finally I scraficed my friends dead couch for the foam and had to build it in layers. thought the patteren like everything else, out of my head and just started cutting. Seemed to be pretty bowserish at this stage so I was happy
