The Duke of Drakes isn't one to usually have to deal with heroes directly, but even then, as a dragon, he barely has to lift a finger to over power them with base strength that comes with with being an arcane reptilian. But of course there will be supers that are more than a match for his size and power. And that can put the Duke in VERY passive aggressive mood.
