This is a French three-time bouree our band performed, called Crested Hens, or "Les Poules Hupee", originally composed by Gilles Chabenat, a hurdy gurdy player.

Really neat. You could hear the person playing the flute (I think that's what it is?) inhaling in the beginning, but I don't know if that necessarily is a bad thing. I think that sort of thing gives stuff an "authentic" flavor or some such.
As for Mr. Chabenat, I think that's a really neat way for him to go. :P
I only recently learned about Hurdy Gurdys and I think they're super-duper neat. I think it'd be quite neat to see them pop up in a "big hit" kind of song soon or somethin'.
All in all I'm definitely diggin' it. The best part on is of course when the violin chimes in. : 3
