I haven't drawn a tree in a while. Trees lend themselves to sketchy, imperfect drawing styles like my own, because, like all of nature, they too are imperfect. The gnarled looking Black Pine in particular is a tree that comes in all sorts of shapes, and is nearly impossible to draw wrong. ( I'm sure I have somehow.)
