I've always been fascinated by animals with food names and food with animal names, and I honestly couldn't tell you why. I always thought they'd make for a fun character design challenge... to make the food and animal inspiration as obvious as possible while still making a neat design.

Since a lot of animals with food names are more... non-traditional fury species-- things like frogs, slugs, birds, etc-- I figured this would allow me to get more experimental with the creature-design aspect of these adopts, and hopefully that shows with this first design. She's a fried egg jellyfish, but I thought it would be fun to give her a kobold-inspired body shape so she still looked cute and not too alien.
