In my mind, I'm picturing a particularly stubborn priest going "if you think we're moving out of our church for your fancy skyscraper, you got another think coming...". That prolly isnt what happened, espescially consideringthat the church is actually attached to the skyscraper, like it was a particularly large sun parlor.
