Lea is a languid, unconcerned woman with a hefty appetite, and a gut to show for it. She's unconcerned with goings-on, but still engages with her roommate and his frantic investigation of missing persons cases- giving advice and details about the people, what they looked, acted, and tasted like, and being encouraging towards his endeavors.
In her spare time, Lea often listens to weird music, visits unnamed buffets (they don't show up on google maps, but that's how she explained coming home with a hugely stuffed gut after a date so... they must be new), and hangs out with Zach watching Niteflix or doing roomie stuff. She never specifies what her job is other than "donations" but she pays rent on time, so who cares.

Bikini and pants does seem like a weird combo. I put her in the tank top and yoga pants since I imagine she'd be wearing loose/casual clothing, sitting around a lot, being lazy. Outside of her enigmatic "dates" and running errands she's not the most active gal.
He is incredibly dense, that's sort of the idea. She's not subtle about it and outright suggests it sometimes, but he somehow has suspected everything but her for the missing people.
