Vayryn lets Corwyn do the cooking, though. She was never good at it even back when she was human. Anything more than "Take out of freezer, throw in microwave" is a little challenging for her (though she used to be able to make a mean pot of ramen). Annoyingly, though so much human food, especially "quick food", is "stuff wrapped in bread". ^_^;;

Yeh, the human obsession with carbs is a real pain! BUT within the sphere of acceptable yinglet foods there's at least a subset that tastes heavenly and needs no prep whatsoever @v@

I was about to comment that it would be nice to be a ying because spending less on food cause smol - but then you got Clover making up the difference in spades so probably ends up being about the same as two humans.

It's surprisingly not as cut-and-dry as that -- you eat less overall, but grains are cheaper than proteins in general and I can't eat those! You're right that Clover's size totally overcompensates for it too -v-;

Ooooh right the more restrictive diet! I had forgotten about (CLAMS CLAMS GET SOME) how Yinglets are like that. That would indeed be more tricky to eat with that. Unless you lived more neat the coast when tasty-fish would be cheaper and more fresh!
