Alex's softened and round midsection quietly glorped, having churned down the wyvern into a goopy substance. Jolk was alive and aware, and he wasn't going to get absorbed, as his predator had no intention of truly digesting him away. He's just gonna keep him locked up inside of his stomach for a while before he eventually returns to being solid within.
Despite implications in the artwork, this is Endo. Just that Jolk's softened up in there. Hed be alright!

Alef looks good with a goop-ified Jolk inside him, I must say. Good work on this!
Also gotta say that this is an interesting scenario you've cooked up! Softening prey into goop without digesting or absorbing them isn't something I've seen too much! It's a good compromise between endo and digestion: the prey remains whole(albeit goopy) and aware, and the pred gets a soft, sloshy, jiggly belly!
