And I guess in a way Victini can be similar to V... both were locked up and to be used for science. Once free they (can be used to ) fight an army of evil villains out to corrupt the world in how they think. A villain that wants to ultimately control every little thing. V a victim of fire... Victini who is of fire. But I don't think there are any mental problems with Victini.
