Even a busy TV show host has some downtime that he must spend backstage. Gotta fix those lights, make sure the guests don't make fools of themselves, etc. Luckily, Max always has a good book to kill time with. He can just escape into a different world for a minute while the tedious reality sorts itself out. And when the time comes to get back in front of the cameras, there's a team of experts making sure he'll look impeccable. Max, of course, wants to look amazing from top to bottom, which sometimes means that the folks in charge of prettying him up will end up being on the smaller side. Gotta make sure even the smallest details look good~

Absolutely fantastic art by Kurumiken! They've done a few pieces for me already and they keep delivering the goods with this awesome Max art. I'm continually amazed by how well they do macro scenes despite that not really being their forte. I also love how they made the tiny humans dress like janitors, that's such a good touch. A whole dedicated team of micro shoe shiners is something I could get behind of. Hell, it's something I'd love to do! I'd be more than happy to make sure those big, heavy dress shoes look as beautiful as possible.
