Concept [Mini] Reference sheet for Carter
An “American Blue” dumbo rat I got in a trade and I knew nothing about her reference sheet (who drew it, was it a base, etc) so I went off and updated her a little bit. Kept some characteristics from her old ref but changed a few other things.
