Here it is, my very first fully self designed 3D printed weapon.
I am vey happy with how it turned out, especially for my first model.
I had to learn not only how to 3D model my designs properly, but also figure out how a 3D printer works and learn how to airbrush (extremely basic obviously) do get an even color on the parts.
There are so many things, that I will do different in my next designs to not only make them easier to produce, but also make them look better.
For now my 3D printed weapons will be not functional at all with no moving parts and basically just act as cosplay weapons or display models, but I'm planning on making my prints semi functional in the future though.
My plans for the future:
I am planning on selling these kind of designs in the future from now on.
An updated commission pricing sheet is planned.
I will offer:
• Fully assembled, sanded and painted 3D-prints
• Raw 3D-printed parts (fresh out of the printer)
• The printable files (STL files mostly)

That is my plan. It will be kinda rough in the beginning though. I feel like starting my art career all over again with this.
Building a following with a new profession is the most challenging part of the whole thing.
I'll just see where this goes. For now I'll treat this as just my hobby and inform myself where I would even be able to sell these kind of designs and files.

Based on some experiences, it'd be under multiple interlocking or glueing pieces like a big ol sandwitch of parts, and yeah even the wood could just be 3D printed and painted/wrapped to look like real wood, or even a flat brown color is "woody" enough because if the cartoons make it believable... then it'll be fine IRL.
