Math is such a broad spectrum, I don't even know where to start...

When people think about math, most of them think of the subject math and I believe it's not math itself that's hated, but the subject. Y'know there's a big difference between the subject math and math as a science.

In school we only get taught how to learn by heart, which has absolutely nothing to do with math plus most teachers just suck at explaining.

And am I actually the only one who thinks that grades don't say anything about your skills at all? Like you wrote a D or F in an exam, but still can solve the hardest integrals and master every equation.

Stress, time pressure and thinking about grades can take your concentration away let alone the ambition! Said factors may lead to worse grades. Exams always turn joy into pure ordeal... kinda ruin interesting topics.

Someone who wrote a good grade could've maybe done it by just learning by heart without actually understanding the logic of it. That whole rating system is just pure nonsense!
