If you want to resell your ceterum, first thing you must do is to report your plan to us. You must do it BEFORE you actually post this. Give us a link to this publication and/or link to the new owner of the character.
Notify the new owner of these rules and all the general information.
Do not redesign the character without the permission of the creator, pacific noir.
Notify us if you decide to change you profile - give us a new link to your page.
If you want to gift ceterum to your friend, follow the same rules as for the sale.

Use colour design of any ceterum on another character.
Breed ceterums and sell the foals.
Assign the copyright of the ceterum species to youself.
Sell a character without at least one proper quality drawing (not a multi-slot ych! not a clumsy sketch!). In our understanding proper quality drawing = one good drawing, or at least five good sketches. This rule applies to all owners.
TO RAFFLE ceterum as a prize IN LOTTERIES.
