I had this idea to make dog birds, so I think I'm gonna make a bunch
perhaps not such a detailed ref next time
this took me over 2 hours but I'll round it down because I don't think anyone would buy an adopt for more than $50
Judging by how adopts go on DeviantART, I don't think he'll sell at all, but I don't think I'll keep the design so I figured I'd make him available
I think he wears light blue (like a robin's egg) but that's up to you
