All roads led to this point. Seque and Aijax... whatever choices they had made during their lives, they were meant to end up together. The illusion of free-will had kept them apart, but destiny... fate or some other higher power had brought them together again. After the trauma it was time for Seque to move on and the one person he wanted by his side was Aijax. The Mouse had watched as his former love almost destroyed himself in drink and decadence took hold of him. It wouldn't take him for too long however, Seque was too strong willed to let a traumatic event destroy him.

Aijax was there for him and over time, the Mouse provided healing of different kinds. Emotional and physical. Seque was drained from his ordeal but it was thanks to the Mouse that the Husky was brought back from the brink until he was free to continue with his life. There were people to help in the Universe and so little time to do it all in.

The only fitting way to thank Aijax for all the help was with a kiss. Time and space dissolved, there was nothing more important than each other now. They loved one another and it would always be that way, for better or for worse.
