Some hierarchy information:
High Matriarch: Head of the Eciel Clan, over all decision maker.
High Councilman: The tygar's chosen voice to keep council with the High Matriarch.
Matriarch: The next in line High Matriarch, usually a sister or cousin or blood related female.
Councilman: The High Councilman's appointed "right hand man"
