Just a heads up: He's still in a WIP phase in these pictures. He's about 95% done. Just needs the padding secured better than it is now (see also: not at all) and some more snaps to secure the paws, etc.
Regardless, FULLSUIT ACQUIRED! :D
It's definitely far from flawless, but considering he's my first fullsuit and most of the issues are in the mask and not the body, I'd say that's a good sign as far as my body suit making method goes!

Unfortunately, it appears the follow effect on the eyes doesn't quite work at this angle. Bluh.

Pretty much. I figured sewing the velcro to the cover would be way more stable than gluing it to the foam.
Uhhh, not too long. Maybe 5 minutes on average. It is a 2 person job though. The handpaws attach to the body suit with metal snaps, so I need a friend to help attach them. This is where most of the suit-up time comes from because my friend who usually helps me suit up sucks at finding/snapping the snaps XD
