Hohohohoh, I drew a Wep. <3
A Wep is a diminutive creature. About 1/4th of a foot tall, it propels itself around on its tiny wings, and likes to land on the heads of larger creatures to have a rest. It's legs aren't made for walking, so it prefers to keep itself airborne. :3
This time, it chose to sit on Chibi-Repta's head. :B
