That's great ^^ I've got simple idea for pony made from mine cowgirl. I imaginated that with white mare, yellow hairs in Fluttershy style and for cutie mark Polish white eagle (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Herb_Polski.svg) because of my nationality or something with milk. And blue eyes :]
