The belly scales weren't sitting with me and didn't suit the original design I had for her. Removed em and fluffed up the chest a bit.

Tailfeathers at the hip over a normal tailbase. That's what I have and it's so uncommon to see :)

I know a couple myself but I would def say it is VERY uncommon, yes. I think it just fits for any feathered critter! I also wanted an excuse to add more grey/silver.
